💳 Payments
• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase to reserve your spot or begin your order.
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods through our secure checkout system.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but all confirmed bookings and orders will be honored at the rate paid.
🔄 Refunds & Store Credit
• No refunds will be issued for any reason.
• Store credit only will be provided for cancellations or rescheduled events made at least 48 hours in advance of the event or class.
• Store credits are valid for 6 months from the original event date and can be used toward any future class, workshop, or art purchase of equal or lesser value.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-transferable and non-creditable.
🖌️ Event & Class Policies
• RSVP is required. We do not allow walk-ins due to limited seating and supplies.
• All materials (paint, brushes, aprons, and canvases) are included unless otherwise stated.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled.
• Late arrivals (more than 20 minutes after start time) may not be able to participate, and no credit will be issued.
• Yippy Art reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, store credit will be offered.
Inclement Weather:
🧑🎨 Custom Artwork Orders
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom art orders.
• Final balance is due before delivery or pickup.
• Turnaround times vary depending on complexity; estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order.
• Custom orders cannot be altered once production has begun.
• Yippy Art retains the right to use images of completed artwork for portfolio or promotional purposes.
🎁 Gift Certificates & Credits
• Gift certificates and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• They can be used toward any event, class, or art purchase.
• Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
👩👧 Kids & Family Classes
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise noted in the class description.
• We ask parents to remain nearby during children’s sessions for safety and support.
• Please dress for a mess — Yippy Art is not responsible for paint on clothing or personal belongings.
🏢 Private & Corporate Events
• Private events require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date.
• Final guest counts are due 7 days before the event.
• Any reductions in guest count after that date are non-refundable.
• We can travel to your location; mileage or setup fees may apply depending on distance and setup requirements.
📸 Photo & Media Policy
• By attending a Yippy Art event, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken and used for promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at check-in.
⚠️ Health & Safety
• We provide clean brushes, sanitized tables, and fresh supplies for each session.
• If you’re feeling unwell, please contact us before the event to reschedule and receive store credit.
• Alcohol consumption (if allowed at adult events) must be done responsibly. Yippy Art is not liable for personal conduct or accidents.
